Hello

I’m Lindsey, a UX design leader focused on transforming complexity into clarity. For more than a decade, I’ve designed enterprise software, healthcare experiences, and design systems that help teams build better products together. My work sits at the intersection of user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, creating scalable solutions that improve both product quality and team efficiency.

Today, I lead UX and visual design initiatives for GE HealthCare’s Ethos Design System, helping shape the standards, patterns, and governance that support software used by clinicians around the world. My contributions include establishing foundational design system capabilities, accessibility guidance, and the data visualization standards.

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered closely with design, engineering, product, and research teams to solve complex problems, align organizations around shared design language, and create systems that scale. I believe great products are built through collaboration, thoughtful systems, and a deep understanding of the people who use them.

Outside of work, I’m all about exploration. I love planning jam-packed trips to national parks where I can combine my love of hiking, photography, and birdwatching. I also enjoy music, coffee, kitchen experiments, exploring new hobbies, and losing myself in a good Legend of Zelda quest.
