Hello!

I’m Lindsey Dufour, a product designer with a background in both visual and interaction design. I have a passion for exploring creative and simple solutions to real world problems. I have been working in the healthcare space for 4 years and I have over 10 years experience working on both physical and digital products.

I love the challenge of working in a complex domain with complex workflows. Working in healthcare has allowed me to grow into a truly empathic designer. I excel in rapid prototyping and exploring multiple solutions to a problem. I love collaborating in real-time with designers, engineers, and users. I’ve been known to pull up working files in meetings and design and ideate on the spot.

During my career, I have had some amazing opportunities to work on a variety of projects with different personas and work directly with users across the globe. I traveled to Asia for 2 weeks to conduct on-site interviews with users in 3 countries – Singapore, Japan, and Indonesia. I have been recognized as a top innovator and have been invited to attend multiple innovation workshops across the US and in Europe working with a global, award-winning UX team. I spearheaded the research, design, and implementation of a clinical imaging mobile app and currently lead the UX for a product focused on streamlining radiology workflows with a global reach.
